Scott & Kami – Family Home Buyers

Scott and Kami came to us in late 2022 wanting to upsize from their existing home to fit their growing family. We assisted Scott and Kami by calculating their borrowing capacity based on their financial position. By using the expected proceeds from the sale of their previous home, we were able to provide a price range which would help guide Scott and Kami’s purchasing decisions.

Pleasingly we were able to meet Scott and Kami’s requirements and objectives by recommending a large, high-quality lender who charged low interest rates, and who would assume Kami’s full time income while she was still on maternity leave.
