Luke & Alana – A New Family Home

It’s always great when you get to help friends achieve a big life goal.

We’ve known Luke for years, so it was a privilege to help him and Alana upgrade into a new home for their family.

With Luke recently making the move to full-time self-employment, there were a few extra challenges to work through. By planning ahead and timing everything around the end of the financial year, we were able to secure finance approval in line with the conditions of their offer, helping everything come together at just the right time.
