As first home buyers, we honestly had no idea what we were doing when it came to the process of buying a home. From day one, Michael went above and beyond to guide us through everything, answer every question and make what felt like a very overwhelming process so much easier. We always joked that the devil works hard, but Michael works harder! He was genuinely always available, incredibly easy to contact and never made us feel like any question was silly or too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend Michael highly enough to anyone looking for a broker, especially first home buyers.

I had a really great experience using Justin from MJ Financial Chiefs. He was so helpful throughout the whole process and made everything feel a lot easier than I expected. I couldn’t recommend Michael highly enough. When I first contacted Michael, I wasn’t quite ready to buy. He went through everything with me, explained what I needed to do and gave me a clear idea of what I needed to work towards. I went away for a number of months and worked towards my goal, but even during that time Michael was always happy to help me. I’d message him about different houses, house and land packages or just ask whether something I was looking at was actually affordable for me, and he would always get back to me and answer my questions — and there were a lot of questions!! When I finally came back ready to buy, Michael helped me through purchasing my land and organising the finance for my new home build. There are so many different things involved when you’re buying land and building, and he made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. What I really appreciated was that Michael was helping me long before I was actually ready to apply for a loan. He was always approachable, patient and happy to explain things when I didn’t understand them. I’m so grateful for all Michael’s help getting me to this point. Everyone I’ve dealt with at MJ Financial Chiefs has also been lovely and helpful throughout the process. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and the team to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
