The Rennie’s buy a new family home
Matt and Megan decided they were due for an upgrade in their living situation and had decided to purchase a new home. They contacted us wanting to know what offer they could make for this house and how much they were able to borrow.
Their situation had a few different parts for us to look at including which lender would be most suited for someone with self-employed income and a university student.
After finding a lender that would maximise their borrowing capacity, we worked out what their final offer could be on the house. It didn’t take long for their offer to be accepted and we proceeded to secure them the finance for the home.
I really enjoyed helping the sister and brother in-law out in getting them finance for their new home. I even got to be their 1 person helping with the move – as you can see, we kept the 1.5m distance too.
