Mick & Mariah landed their own bit of soil
After months of searching far and wide Mick and Mariah took a leap and bought some land close to the sea, where they plan to build their forever home!
We have been working with the couple for several months while they were searching for the perfect spot to live out the next stages of their lives. Fortunately for them they managed to find a little gem of a spot in a completely different part of the world to where they were first looking.
From our perspective, it’s been a pleasure helping Mick and Mariah get their loan and we look forward to seeing the final result of the construction in the future.
For those who are thinking about building the Government have extended the HomeBuilder Grant for building contracts entered into from January 1st 2021 until March 31st 2021. The Grant has also been reduced from $25,000 to $15,000 for this period of time. Contact us for details.
