Cam & Lisa – Home Buyers

When we started talking to Cam and Lisa buying a home was not something they had at the front of their mind specifically. They knew it was something for the future but they wanted to talk about structuring their finances, work and business in general and how this would affect their situation if they did want a home loan down the track.

Sometime after we worked through these details together, Cam and Lisa decided that they were ready to buy a home and we set about organising a pre-approval. We spent time discussing the structure of the loan as they had a few options and we settled on a smaller lender that had a low interest rate and would allow them flexibility with their repayment.
