Congratulations to Tim & Paige on buying their family home

Tim and Paige first approached us a couple of years ago when they were buying their first home and we helped them navigate through that process where they maximised their first home buyer concessions.

Two years on and with their family growing we are pleased to have helped them upgrade into a new home better suited to this stage of their life.

The process this time was very different because they had to sell their current home ensuring the settlement dates lined up and work through costs that they didn’t encounter in the first purchase due to all the first home buyer concessions. We worked with them to understand their borrowing power, the costs of stamp duty and agent fees that needed to be taken into consideration to ensure they didn’t overspend.

We are so stoked for this family to start their new chapter in this lovely home.
