Congratulations Troy & Delores on their new block of land

Troy and Delores came to us with the hope of purchasing their first block of land which they would later build on.

We worked with them to assess how much they would be able to borrow and what concessions they could receive as First Home Buyers. We were able to communicate with both the real estate agent and conveyancer on their behalf.

They managed to get the stamp duty concessions which resulted in paying no stamp duty as they plan to build and move into their new home within 36 months of settlement.

We are very happy for both Troy and Delores and look forward to helping them further once they have found the right home to build.
