We are excited to see both Jackson & Alex moving into their new home!

We met up with Alex & Jackson in May 2020 as they first embarked on their journey to build their first home. It is now June 2021 and they have just moved into their new place, and we are absolutely stoked that we were able to make another young couples dreams come true!

Building can be a long-drawn-out process, in this case 12 months but we were able to guide Alex and Jackson through paperwork, applications and never-ending questions from the bank and builders. :p

Due to COVID we had to navigate a completely contactless process. We caught up in the beginning to answer all questions about the process and any concerns from the family but moving forwards were able to complete everything over phone and email.

We were able to take advantage of multiple First Home Buyers grants on offer including the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme meaning they would pay no Lenders Mortgage Insurance and receive a rate of 2.99% with a minimum deposit.
