Corrie & Danni Purchase Their Family Home!

We first helped Corie and Danni build their first home in 2020 where they began a family by welcoming little Tommy and their fur baby Bonnie. Recently, Corie and Danni contacted us to explore their options for purchasing a new home for their family in a different location.

During the process of surveying Corie and Danni’s financial position, we were able to identify options that increase their borrowing capacity and minimise the charged interest rate. Through closing off some liabilities, Corie and Danni were able to improve their borrowing capacity and access higher quality loans, saving them money over the long term.

With Corie being self-employed, it was important that we utilised lenders who were beneficial for self-employed borrowers. Pleasingly, we received formal approval from the selected lender within the finance clause after they signed the contract on the new property.
