More first home buyers on the scene! Congratulations Sarah & Zak!
Sarah & Zak first approached us in late 2020 with the goal of purchasing their first home and a little over a year later they now have it!
By setting goals and working together we managed to pave a pathway for the young couple to complete their biggest achievement to date… From a finance point of view 
Searching for a house was the biggest hurdle for these two as they held a pre-approval for 6 months until they found the house that suited them best!
We worked with them to understand their borrowing power, the costs of stamp duty, the benefits that a guarantor could bring and how the overall process was likely to play out.
We are so stoked for these two lovely humans to start their new chapter together and look forward to working with them in the future.
