Michelle & Brad – Family Home Buyers

Michelle and Brad contacted us as they wanted to upgrade the home they were living in to better suit their family needs. After assessing their current situation, we worked through a plan to best set them up for the move. This process had a few parts that needed to line up as they had to sell existing homes ensuring the settlement dates lined up with the new purchase.

Once we had the structure of the plan in place, we organised a pre-approval for them to ensure they had some certainty when making offers on a new home. With the pre-approval already in place, this also made getting the formal approval easier once they found the home they wanted.

We are very excited for this family to start the next part of their lives in this amazing new home.
