Lauren initially reached out to us in 2020 as she was looking to purchase her first home but was unsure of the process and where to start. Using Lauren’s financial position we calculated her borrowing capacity which helped narrow the property search.

As Lauren was looking to purchase a newly built house, we explained that she was eligible for the Victorian First Home Owner’s Grant which contributes $10,000 toward the property purchase.  By late 2021 Lauren entered into a house and land package contract and we were able to lodge a loan application on the same day.

Pleasingly we connected Lauren with a large bank who offered a low interest rate and had a high-quality construction loan process. Fast forward to September 2023 Lauren’s new home has been built, culminating the 3 year journey from our initial meeting to now moving into her first home!
