Jordan & Ash – New Home Buyers!

Jordan and Ash contacted us as they wanted to purchase a home to move into together, they were looking for something with a decent amount of land so they could settle in for a few years.

After assessing their situation, we gave them an indication of their borrowing capacity which allowed them to start looking at homes in their price range. As Jordan recently became self-employed, we needed to wait for his Tax Return to be finalized before we were able to apply for finance. We also liaised with his accountant to ensure the incomes were going to be what was required for them to secure a home loan.

While Jordan and Ash were looking at potential homes, we discussed how any property offers needed to cater for a long subject to finance clause and settlement period to allow for the Tax Returns to be completed.

Luckily after working through this process together, the timing aligned perfectly with a home becoming available and a market leading home loan being approved and settled very quickly.
