Congratulations Jake and Lauren on buying their First Home!
Jake and Lauren first contacted us to walk them through the home buying process in 2019. Initially they just wanted us to assess their borrowing capacity so they would know how much they would be able to spend on a home. However, shortly after speaking to us they decided the search for a home was getting serious and wanted to start making offers on properties, so we completed a pre-approval.
Their house hunting was unfortunately put to a holt due to COVID-19 lockdowns in Melbourne last year. Post lockdown their situation had changed a little and we ran another assessment and completed a pre-approval with a new bank which now suited them best.
From there it was smooth sailing, they got the approval on their new home and we are so happy they are enjoying their new space and that we have been apart if the journey 
Fortunately for us we will continue to work with Lauren as she is our go to when it comes to using a Conveyancer.
