Congratulations to Hayley and Dean who have purchased their first home together!

They initially came to us wanting to understand their borrowing capacity to gauge their price range. Pleasingly we were able to connect Hayley and Dean with a lender with a low interest rate, offered places on the First Home Guarantee scheme and had a quality lending policy regarding recent change in employment.

A month after we secured a pre-approval Hayley and Dean signed the contract for their first home which allowed us to work toward settlement with the bank. We look forward to seeing what’s next in your new chapter!
